Michael Bassett boosts O’Keefe’s operations function.
The O’Keefe Group has appointed a new operations manager.
Michael Bassett joins the group with almost 20 years’ experience in the QA, engineering, design and project management sectors, most recently with a Greater London construction and engineering contractor.
Michael has a HNC in Construction Management from the University of Greenwich and a foundation degree in engineering principles. Most recently in the project management field, he has also worked as a senior engineer, a temporary works coordinator, design manager, reinforcement and QA engineer.
His new role at O’Keefe is to oversee group projects to ensure they deliver the client’s brief, and run to programme and budget, as well as maintaining group Health and Safety and quality standards. In addition, Michael will help maintain client relationships and assist in securing future projects.
He said: “I am delighted to be joining the O’Keefe Group in this role and look forward to being involved in the wide variety of projects it delivers.”
O’Keefe’s new operations manager is an endurance athlete in his spare time.
